Shipping and turn around time ?
- Custom made units processing time is 14-21 business days and 3-4 shipping days.
Units on hand is shipped normally 2-3 business days after receiving and Processing order If unit is on hand it will say (ON HAND).
- No , Once the order is fulfilled and shipped there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we will offer exchanges of product only if the item is returned with no damage and returned in original condition.
How long should my unit last ?
All units are 100% Virgin Human Hair. If you treat your unit with care unit should last from 1-6 years. Of course depending on how much you are wearing the unit and how you are maintaining the hair.
What is the lace quality ?
- ALL units will come with HD lace unless requested otherwise (I offer transparent lace as well.
Do I reconstruct/Revamp wigs ?
